About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and knowledgeable individual who can provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients through various channels. You will be responsible for maintaining new and existing client relations, answering client inquiries, taking, and following up on title insurance orders. Additionally, you will handle client complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with internal and external clients through various channels.

- Identify and assess client needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Handle client complaints and provide effective resolutions.
- Deal with difficult clients, de-escalate challenging situations, and successfully resolve customer issues.
About You
We are seeking a highly professional individual with a customer service focus. You should have proven customer service experience, strong phone handling skills, and active listening abilities. You must also possess strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. Additionally, you should have experience in real estate, knowledge of commercial and residential practices, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teraview, Conveyancer, and econveyance.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
