Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Manos Restaurant & Lounge. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen and ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Supervise and Train StaffRecruit, train, and supervise a team of food service staff, including cooks, servers, and hosts/hostesses, to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service and prepare high-quality food.
Manage Inventory and SuppliesEstimate and requisition food and kitchen supplies, maintain accurate records of stock, and ensure that all necessary equipment is in good working order.
Ensure Quality and Safety StandardsMonitor and maintain high standards of quality and safety in the kitchen, including food handling, preparation, and presentation, as well as adherence to health and safety regulations.
Prepare Reports and BudgetsPrepare and submit regular reports on kitchen operations, including sales, inventory, and labor costs, and develop and manage budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
Address Customer ConcernsRespond promptly and professionally to customer complaints or concerns, and work with the management team to resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
ExperienceAt least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role is preferred.
LanguageFluency in English is required.
Work Hours40 hours per week is standard.
