Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Assistant Manager to join our team at Hope Windsor Motel Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth hotel operations, including managing staff, inventory, and facilities.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize profitability.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train staff, including hiring, performance management, and employee development.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, resolve complaints, and maintain a positive reputation for the hotel.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Participate in promotional activities to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in hotel management or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and driving business growth. The hotel operates 40 hours per week, and the work language is English.
