  • Complaint Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and claims in a timely and professional manner, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in hotel management or a related field.
  • Work Setting: Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent communication skills, flexibility, and a team player attitude.
