Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Assistant Manager to join our team at Hope Windsor Motel Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth hotel operations, including managing staff, inventory, and facilities.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best deals.
  • Guest Services: Ensure exceptional guest experiences by providing personalized service, resolving complaints, and exceeding guest expectations.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Participate in promotional activities to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in hotel management or a related field.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
