Job Summary:

The Resort Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our resort, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing staff, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations
  • Recruit and hire staff
  • Supervise staff and conduct performance reviews
  • Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies
  • Conduct training sessions and ensure staff are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge
  • Perform front desk duties and provide excellent customer service
  • Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to increase revenue and occupancy
  • Implement marketing activities and promotions to attract new customers
  • Arrange for and oversee maintenance activities to ensure the resort remains in good condition
  • Enforce policies and procedures and address customer complaints or concerns
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience in hotel or resort management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Flexibility and ability to work a variety of shifts
  • Will train
Work Environment:

The Resort Operations Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a high level of customer satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work in a team environment.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Schedule:

The work schedule is 40 hours per week.
