Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth hotel operations, including managing staff, budgets, and resources.
  • Guest Services: Provide exceptional guest experiences by ensuring prompt and courteous service, resolving complaints, and exceeding guest expectations.
  • Staff Supervision: Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Participate in promotional activities to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in hotel management or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
