Job OverviewWe're seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and contribute to the success of our restaurant. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving menu development, managing kitchen operations, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Chef de Cuisine: Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
- Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to create innovative, seasonal menus that showcase our commitment to using only the freshest ingredients.
- Food Safety and Quality: Ensure strict adherence to food safety protocols and maintain high standards of quality in all dishes prepared in our kitchen.
- Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing kitchen team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years' experience as an Executive Chef or senior kitchen leader in a high-volume restaurant environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in menu planning, kitchen operations, and staff management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
- Competitive Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
