Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and organized Mailroom Administrator to join our team at Randstad. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the mailroom, ensuring efficient and secure processing of mail and documents.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
  • Manage filing and document storage systems
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and colleagues
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least two years of experience in a mailroom or document clerical role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, TEAMS)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • A keen attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
