Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Asset Coordinator to join our team at IFG - International Financial Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing employee assets and ensuring the smooth provisioning of work devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process asset orders from the mailroom.
  • Tag and complete Confirmation of Receipt (COR) on all capital assets.
  • Approve invoices and ensure compliance with financial processes.
  • Manage and track the deployment of assets by the team.
  • Maintain and monitor lab space to support remote workers.
  • Provide reports on asset management and procurement as requested.
  • Partner with tech support to ensure hardware compliance standards are met.
  • Configure and deploy hardware to new hires during onboarding.
  • Liaise with hiring teams and the Support Hub for special requests.
  • Manage email chat and ticketing systems for asset-related tasks.
  • Collect and store assets properly when employees offboard.
  • Receive and process purchase requests for procurement handling.
  • Submit purchase orders for approval.
  • Coordinate and track team inventory.
  • Accountable for tracking missing items and maintaining accuracy.
  • Comanage the Support Hub Mailbox and ticketing systems.
  • Crosstrain on other team roles and responsibilities.
  • Coordinate EWaste and Loaner Programs for the site.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong commitment to meeting the needs of the business.
  • Experience working with diverse teams and collaborating with a technical workforce.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Exceptional follow-through and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with ticketing systems preferred (JIRA ServiceNow etc).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical knowledge or willingness to learn and become technically proficient on the job.
  • Ability to lift 15k/30lbs.
