We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Team Member to join our team at The Grounds Guys. As a key member of our crew, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional lawn care and landscaping services to our residential and commercial clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing basic tasks related to landscape maintenance, such as mowing, string trimming, blowing, edging, weeding, pruning, and edging.
  • Ensuring high-quality service delivery and meeting customer expectations.
  • Working outdoors in all weather conditions, lifting/carrying 35-80 pounds frequently.
  • Ensuring all tasks are completed and set up for the next day.

We measure success by:

  • Attendance: Meeting customer service goals and being present as required.
  • Budget vs Actual Hours: Managing time planned and spent at each job to keep jobs profitable.
  • Return Rates: Ensuring quality control to minimize return visits.
  • Customer Retention: Building strong relationships with customers and providing exceptional service.
  • Full Utilization of Software & Processes: Leveraging tools to achieve success.

Requirements include:

  • Prior experience in landscaping, lawn service, or similar industries.
  • Willingness to complete training within 6 months if no prior experience.
