We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Team Member to join our team at The Grounds Guys. As a key member of our crew, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional lawn care and landscaping services to our residential and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide top-notch lawn care and landscaping services to our clients, including mowing, string trimming, blowing, edging, weeding, pruning, and edging.

• Work outdoors in all weather conditions, performing physically demanding tasks that require lifting and carrying heavy equipment and materials.

• Ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standards of quality and service delivery.

• Maintain accurate records of work completed and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in landscaping, lawn service, or similar service industries.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Physical ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials.
