Job Summary:
Cineplex is seeking a motivated and energetic Team Member to join our theatre team. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our guests, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience at the cinema.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve theatre goals and objectives.
- Perform a range of tasks, including concession sales, box office operations, and theatre maintenance.
- Meet sales and productivity targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Team-oriented, energetic, friendly, and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, late nights, and weekends.
- Provincial Smart Serve or Pro Serve Certification (where applicable) and being of legal age to serve alcohol in fully licensed theatres (an asset).
