Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Team Member to join our team. As a Maintenance Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our customers' lawns and landscapes. This includes performing basic tasks related to landscape maintenance, such as mowing, string trimming, blowing, edging, weeding, pruning, and edging.

Responsibilities
  • Front-Line Employee:
    • You will be a front-line employee who provides exceptional care to our customers' lawns and landscapes.
    • You will perform basic tasks related to landscape maintenance at high levels of quality and service delivery.
    • You must be able to work outdoors, in all weather conditions, doing very physical work, able to lift/carry 35-80 pounds often.
    • You will ensure everything is wrapped up and set to go for the next day.
  • Attendance:
    • You must be able to attend work as required by your supervisory team.
  • Budget vs Actual Hours:
    • You will be responsible for managing the time planned and spent at each job to keep jobs profitable.
  • Return Rates:
    • You will ensure quality control to make sure it's rare to ever need to go back to redo a job.
  • Customer Retention:
    • You will build great relationships with each customer, and ensure that they receive exceptional service, to keep them coming back.
  • Full Utilization of Software & Processes:
    • You will use software and processes to make all the above possible.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in landscaping, lawn service, or similar service industries.
  • If you don't already have experience, you must be willing to complete training within 6 months.
Benefits and Pay

The pay range for this position is $20.00 to $22.00 and is dependent on your experience as a lawncare or landscaping professional. As your experience, skills, and responsibilities grow, we will provide opportunities to increase your role and pay, and provide educational opportunities to improve your skills. We also provide incentives based on individual and company success.
