Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Cook to join our kitchen team. As a Cook, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of menu items, including meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, salads, and other ingredients. You'll work closely with our culinary team to ensure that every dish that goes out is of the highest quality and meets our high standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items to order, including meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, salads, and other ingredients
  • Work closely with the culinary team to ensure that every dish that goes out is of the highest quality and meets our high standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and high guest satisfaction
  • Participate in menu planning and development, providing input on new dishes and menu items

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience as a Cook or in a related culinary role
  • Knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques, including cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, maintaining a high level of productivity and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with others
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
