About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Mr Mikes Steakhouse. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and sanitized environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units to ensure a hygienic environment.
  • Loading and Unloading: Load buspans and trays with dishes, glassware, and flatware, and unload them after washing.
  • Operating Dishwashers: Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware, ensuring they are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
  • Storage and Organization: Place dishes in storage areas, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Hand Washing and Sanitizing: Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand, as needed.
  • Scouring and Polishing: Scour pots and pans to remove food residue and polish them to a high shine.
  • Garbage and Trash Removal: Remove kitchen garbage and trash, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Floor Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to ensure a clean and safe environment.
