Ojfsda is seeking an Executive Leader to oversee all agency functions, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines. This role involves developing and implementing policies and procedures, as well as managing annual program plans and budgets.

Key responsibilities include coordinating services with local and national agencies, providing supervision to staff members, and determining the need for new personnel. The successful candidate will also interview applicants and make recommendations for hiring. Additionally, they will be responsible for fiscal duties, attending meetings and training sessions, and performing public relations tasks.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, human resources, social work, finance, or a related field, along with 5 years of administrative experience and at least 2 years of supervisory experience. Starting salary is $35.00 per hour, with benefits provided.
