About the Role

The Visual Merchandising Manager at H&M Group is a key member of the store team responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through strategic visual merchandising and commercial strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute visual merchandising plans to drive sales growth, enhance store aesthetics, and improve customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to create and implement commercial strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Maintain high standards of store appearance, including window displays, in-store presentations, and visual identity.
  • Train and coach store teams on visual merchandising best practices and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform visual merchandising decisions and optimize store performance.
  • Lead by example, promoting a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and respect within the store team.

What We Offer
