As an Executive Leader with Pauktuutit, you will be part of a dynamic team that advocates for policy changes, delivers programs, and builds strategic partnerships to support the health, economic stability, safety, and access to justice of Inuit women.

Job Summary

The President and CEO is responsible for implementing Pauktuutit's vision, mission, and mandate with integrity and excellence. This role requires a seasoned leader with expertise in strategic planning, governance, organization management, brand leadership, and team leadership.

You will lead the development and execution of Pauktuutit's strategic plan, including new focus areas, fund diversification, and stakeholder management. As the key liaison between the Board of Directors and the Pauktuutit team, you will manage overall organizational risk and risk mitigation strategies.
