Insurance Business Development Manager, Personal Lines

We are seeking an experienced Client Solutions Manager to join our dynamic Personal Lines team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a designated portfolio of clientele, focusing on business retention and relationship building.
- Analyze accounts at renewal, ensuring accurate placement of coverage and re-marketing when necessary.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, maintaining efficient turnaround times for actions required.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, collaborating with Account Executives to secure new business.
- Stay up-to-date on insurance market developments, including new products and policy changes.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in Personal Lines Account Management, preferably in a Brokerage environment.
- RIBO licensing in good standing.
- Pursuing or willingness to pursue relevant insurance certifications or education (i.e., CIP, CAIB, CRM).
- Familiarity with EPIC is an asset.
- Secondary School Diploma required; College or University Degree preferred.
Salary & Benefits
This rewarding opportunity comes with a competitive salary, ranging between $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
