  • Reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives
  • Establishing work priorities and ensuring that procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carrying out administrative activities of the establishment, including assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures to ensure efficient and effective operation

Physical demands of the role include attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The work term is permanent, and the work language is English. The working hours are 30 to 40 hours per week.
