We are a leading culinary establishment seeking an experienced Administrative Team Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant.

Job Summary

The Administrative Team Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for all administrative matters, including coordinating staff schedules, managing office supplies, and maintaining accurate records. This is a dynamic and challenging position that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate staff schedules and time-off requests
  • Manage office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
  • Provide administrative support to management and staff as needed
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers to resolve issues
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in the food industry
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with payroll administration and budgeting
  • Knowledge of human resources principles and practices
  • Ability to supervise and train staff
Work Environment

This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The successful candidate must be able to work effectively in a team setting and demonstrate a high level of professionalism and integrity.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
