About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position that requires 15-44 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will have no degree, certificate, or diploma and less than 7 months of experience in a related field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate administrative services, manage department operations, and collect and record fees.
  • Assist in preparing annual budgets, conduct research, and direct corporate governance procedures.
  • Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
  • Prepare reports, briefs, and maintain knowledge systems.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Mastery of MS Office, QuickBooks, and accounting software.
  • Bondable and able to pass a vulnerable sector check.
