About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at Platinum Railing Awning & Metal Works Ltd. This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 hours per week.

Job Description

The Office Operations Coordinator will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. They will also plan and control budgets and expenditures, supervise other workers, establish and implement policies and procedures, train other workers, and record minutes of meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Seminar and Event Planning: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Budget Control: Plan and control budgets and expenditures
  • Supervision: Supervise other workers
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Training: Train other workers
  • Record-Keeping: Record minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 hours per week. The work language is English.
