Office Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Lotus Immigration Services Limited.
About the RoleThis is a permanent position working approximately 30-35 hours per week. We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. They will also possess strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and standards.
- Delegate work to office support staff as needed, ensuring clear instructions and deadlines are communicated.
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed, meeting deadlines and achieving results.
- Carry out administrative activities, including coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in an immigration services setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
