Job Title: Office Operations Coordinator
Location: Fixit Mechanical Ltd
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at Fixit Mechanical Ltd. This role is ideal for individuals who possess excellent administrative skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and Evaluate Administrative Procedures: Ensure all administrative procedures are up-to-date, efficient, and effective.
- Establish Work Priorities: Set priorities and ensure deadlines are met while maintaining a high level of quality and productivity.
- Carry Out Administrative Activities: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including but not limited to, preparing reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Assist in Budget Preparation: Support the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Oversee Office Procedures: Coordinate and oversee all office administrative procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Skills: Efficient interpersonal skills, organized, reliability, tight deadlines, attention to detail
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
