Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth by adding new accounts and developing business opportunities in the Canadian Healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a robust pipeline of leads and conduct cold calls to qualify and convert leads into customers.
- Work with Distribution Representatives to drive new business growth throughout the territory.
- Manage the territory as your own business, focusing on account pipeline growth and making decisions using available information and resources.
- Represent the Vitacore brand positively, sharing your passion for our products and services with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Actively maintain existing client Business Developments, conducting regular business meetings and collaborating on territory account management strategy.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business.
- 5+ years of relevant sales experience, with experience in the medical devices industry ideal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- Previous experience with Salesforce is considered an asset.
- Superior, articulate, and engaging communication skills in English.
- Active driver's license is a must.
- Be eligible to qualify for a provincially regulated security license (clear criminal background check).
- $75,000 - $85,000 annual salary.
- Uncapped commission + bonuses.
