About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Supervisor to join our team at Arrivals + Departures. As an Account Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and managing client relationships, developing and executing strategic communications plans, and overseeing the day-to-day workflow of the account team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and developing strategies to meet their needs.
  • Strategic Communications Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive communications plans that align with client goals and objectives.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage the account team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Budget Management: Oversee budget management, ensuring that client budgets are met and exceeded.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills: Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
