Senior Account Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Account Director to join our team at VERB Interactive Inc. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for leading and managing client relationships, developing and executing strategic marketing plans, and overseeing the delivery of high-quality projects.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives and providing strategic marketing solutions to meet their needs.
- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale marketing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to deliver exceptional results.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with client business objectives and drive business growth.
- Communication and Presentation: Develop and deliver clear, concise, and compelling presentations to clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring that marketing strategies and plans are effectively communicated and understood.
- Budget Management: Manage project budgets, ensuring that costs are controlled and resources are allocated effectively.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and work with senior management to develop and implement changes that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing operations.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years' experience in marketing or account management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results and building strong client relationships.
- Education: Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing, web development technologies, and design lifecycle; excellent written and oral communication skills; highly organized and able to function in a fast-paced business environment.
- Qualifications: Previous experience managing projects of $200k in value; demonstrated ability to create and present creative ideas and solutions to clients and internal management.
