We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Supervisor to join our team at Arrivals + Departures. As an Account Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and managing client relationships, developing and executing strategic communications plans, and overseeing the day-to-day workflow of the account team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and developing strategies to meet their needs.
  • Strategic Communications Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive communications plans that align with client goals and objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage the account team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the management of client budgets, ensuring timely and effective use of resources.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments, providing insights and recommendations to clients.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering successful client relationships and campaigns.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute comprehensive communications plans that meet client objectives.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
