Account Supervisor

**About the Role**

As an Account Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving executional excellence, and leading the account team to deliver innovative and integrated work.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Supervise and lead account teams to achieve exceptional results
* Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop and execute strategic communications plans
* Assist clients in setting and achieving long-term marketing objectives
* Ensure high-quality agency work, on time and on budget
* Develop and manage direct reports, providing training and career development opportunities
* Stay up-to-date on market trends and industry developments

**What We're Looking For**

* Proven experience in account management, leadership, and strategic communications
* Strong relationship-building skills, with excellent written and verbal communication
* Ability to develop and execute omni-channel plans, including broadcast, print, social, and digital promotions
