Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Thai Ivory Cuisine. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing menus that showcase our culinary expertise
  • Leading a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service
  • Managing kitchen inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Collaborating with our culinary team to create innovative and delicious dishes that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation
Requirements:

To be successful as an Executive Chef at Thai Ivory Cuisine, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or food service environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of cooks and kitchen staff
  • Excellent culinary skills, with a focus on creativity, presentation, and flavor
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on efficiency and productivity
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
