Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Thai Ivory Cuisine. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Menu Planning: Plan and develop menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
- Chef Management: Supervise and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations.
- Food Quality: Ensure that all food served meets our high standards of quality, presentation, and taste.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ordering to minimize waste and optimize food costs.
- Health and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
