We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Inderjit Bansal CPA Professional Corporation.
Job Summary:The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes managing office supplies, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary materials are available and in good working order.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
- Maintain accurate records, including employee files, client information, and financial data.
- Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve office efficiency and productivity.
- Supervise and train administrative staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
- 5-10 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Proven track record of managing office operations and administrative staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
The Office Manager will work in a fast-paced office environment, with frequent deadlines and a high level of responsibility. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Work Schedule:The Office Manager will work 40 hours per week, with a regular schedule and occasional overtime as needed.
