Job Title: Office Manager

A & Z Foods Inc is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and procedures.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including the administration of policies and procedures related to the release of records.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, including supervision of 16-20 people.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility and reliability.
Work Environment:

The Office Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Schedule:

The Office Manager will work 40 hours per week.
