Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chef to join our team at Ontario Inc. 001.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, with experience in kitchen management and staff training.

Responsibilities:
  • Cooking and Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods for customers.
  • Food Safety and Handling: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to maintain high standards of food safety.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: At least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience as a chef or in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent cooking skills, ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, and physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
