Job Description

As an Executive Chef Manager at Tondou Ramen, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food. You will train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation. You will also ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, and prepare and submit reports. Furthermore, you will prepare food order summaries for the chef and establish work schedules. This role requires knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful as an Executive Chef Manager, you will require excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. You must have 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be organized and able to manage your time effectively.
