Data Strategist and Analytics Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Strategist and Analytics Lead to join our team in Nova Scotia, Canada.
Job DescriptionThis is a full-time permanent position that offers a competitive salary of $120,000 - $160,000 per year. As a remote-first role, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere in Canada.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement data lakes and data warehouses
- Lead technical teams in database management and data modeling
- Develop and maintain SQL databases and Informer/Power BI reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through data-driven insights
- 10+ years of experience in IT, including 3+ years of people management
- Expertise in data and reporting, with experience designing data lakes and warehouses
- Strong leadership skills and excellent written and verbal communication
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Software development background
- Experience with Python and JSON
