About STEPS

STEPS is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism and related developmental disabilities. We offer a unique opportunity for dedicated professionals to join our treatment team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients and their families.

We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate ABA therapists to provide 1:1 therapy services in home-based, clinic, and school settings. As an ABA therapist with STEPS, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced BCBAs to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote positive behavior change and improved quality of life for our clients.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services to children with Autism and related developmental disabilities
  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs
  • Collect data to monitor progress and effectiveness of treatment plans
  • Support BCBAs with training families on implementing treatment plans
  • Participate in team meetings and training workshops
  • Ensure client safety and well-being at all times
Requirements
  • At least one year of experience working with children with behavioral challenges
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
  • Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Registered Behavior Technician Certification
  • Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science or related field
  • At least one year of clinical experience with pediatric population
  • ABA experience
