Job Title: Technical Operations Specialist

As a key member of our Operations team at AgencyAnalytics, you will play a vital supporting role in workforce coordination, business operations, and office management-related tasks. Your responsibilities will include supporting our Finance team during the month-end closing process, ensuring seamless execution of critical tasks when other team members are on leave.

This is a Hybrid Role (2 days a week in office) based in Toronto, ON, offering a unique blend of remote and in-office work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • OKR Coordination: You will be responsible for coordinating the OKR process, enforcing OKR policies, and maintaining processes and systems.
  • Communicate and Implement Policies: You will communicate new processes, operations policies, and programs to staff and ensure their successful implementation.
  • Support and Troubleshoot: You will work with staff to solve their day-to-day technical and non-technical problems, including IT support and internal access management.
  • Vendor and Financial Coordination: You will communicate with vendors, manage vendor financial information, and support Fin-Ops processes.
  • Training and Documentation: You will build and maintain company process documentation and training materials, ensuring staff are well-informed and up-to-date on processes and tools.
  • Office Management Tasks: You will take on tasks such as ordering office supplies, coordinating with the property manager, and maintaining office policies and security.
  • Security and Compliance: Participate in security audits and compliance events, as well as maintain policies related to SOC2/GDPR.
