About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Email Marketing Manager to join our team at Sienna Senior Living. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive growth marketing strategy that drives engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that drive results and meet business objectives
  • Manage and optimize our marketing automation platform to ensure seamless integration with CRM and other martech stack initiatives
  • Design and implement targeted nurture campaigns to educate, engage, and convert prospects across the funnel
  • Monitor and analyze email performance data to identify areas of optimization and improve engagement and performance
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales and marketing teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 5 years of experience in lifecycle/email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and A/B testing preferably in a B2C environment
  • Excellent knowledge and experience with Google Analytics and other KPI analysis/tracking
  • Experience in database management, cleanup, and list segmentation
  • Good understanding of acquisition, engagement, and retention campaigns
  • Experience with marketing automation tools like Hubspot, Yardi, etc., creative software, and MS office
