**Job Summary:** Lead Sales and Marketing efforts for Sienna Senior Living's Retirement and Long Term Care residences, driving occupancy targets and sales performance metrics.

As a Sales and Marketing Leader, you will empower our team members to deliver excellent clinical care and elevate the resident experience through choice, personalization, and community engagement. You will lead the development and implementation of sales and marketing plans, competitive analysis, sales sprint activities, and community outreach.

**What We Offer:** * Competitive compensation and vacation package * Health & Dental benefits program * RRSP with employer match * Share Ownership and Reward Program (SOAR) * Employee Share Purchase Plan with company match * Continuous learning and growth opportunities * Welcoming culture that values diversity and differing perspectives * Travel opportunities to sites across Ontario **Responsibilities:** * Meet or exceed occupancy targets in all owned and managed properties * Achieve sales performance metrics in each residence to achieve optimum results * Lead and operate in a manner that promotes the Organization's Mission, Vision, and Values * Stay current on trends for sales in seniors housing and stay abreast of new competition in Sienna market areas * Provide leadership to the residences in the development and implementation of sales and marketing plans * Monitor sales activities; data mining and analysis of lead management and occupancy information * Review and provide analysis on weekly marketing reports and oversee the analysis of data * Conduct regular visits to residences and liaise with the General Manager and sales team members on the successful implementation of the residence's marketing plan and sales process * Develop and implement a training program for sales team members * Create and maintain Marketing Resource Guide and related guidelines for consistent use of marketing and promotional materials * Lead new retirement residence sales and pre-opening lease up activities * Chair Support Services Office sales & marketing meetings * Provide overall support and direction to Retirement counsellors (sales) to achieve optimum occupancy and meet targets for rental revenues **Requirements:** * Experience and formal education in Sales required, plus any of the following an asset: communications, wellness or recreation * Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales role in senior's services, housing, real estate, retirement, hospitality or an operations role * Retirement Residence Living experience is a huge bonus * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Strong leader and people manager - demonstrated ability to set direction, lead, and drive change in an organization and to create a highly engaged team * Travel to Aspira Retirement Homes is required throughout the province of Ontario
