Senior Care Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Care Partner to join our team at Sienna Senior Living. As a Clinical Care Partner, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with regional leaders to provide support and guidance to care community team members, ensuring compliance with organizational and provincial health authority requirements.
- Develop and implement compliance plans, working closely with care community team members to ensure successful execution.
- Provide education and coaching to care community team members to improve processes, strategies, and activities related to care and services.
- Recommend training and education opportunities to benefit care communities and the organization as a whole.
- Work in accordance with the organization's Health and Safety Policies and Procedures, ensuring compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
- Travel to long-term care sites to support operations, requiring a valid G license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Post-Baccalaureate education in Nursing, Health Sciences, or a related field.
- 3 years of related management experience in long-term care, with a preference for Director of Care experience.
- Knowledge and understanding of provincial regulatory requirements and the inspection process.
