We are seeking a skilled Sales Director to drive business success at Recooty.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing sales strategies, with a strong focus on driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and manage sales projections and budgets.
  2. Identify new prospects and leads through market research and networking.
  3. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and understand customer needs and pain points.
  4. Analyze the current sales strategy and suggest improvements.
  5. Meet with potential clients and act as a consultant to provide solutions.
  6. Upsell and follow up with hot leads to increase sales.
  7. Develop buyer persona profiles to better understand target customers.
  8. Recruit, hire, and train new sales representatives.
  9. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure efficiency.
  10. Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
  11. Presentation of reports and analysis of sales data.
  12. Attend industry events and seminars to stay updated on the latest sales trends and best practices.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
