Agriculture Sales Business Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Sales Director to drive business success at Recooty.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing sales strategies, with a strong focus on driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage sales projections and budgets.
- Identify new prospects and leads through market research and networking.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and understand customer needs and pain points.
- Analyze the current sales strategy and suggest improvements.
- Meet with potential clients and act as a consultant to provide solutions.
- Upsell and follow up with hot leads to increase sales.
- Develop buyer persona profiles to better understand target customers.
- Recruit, hire, and train new sales representatives.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure efficiency.
- Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
- Presentation of reports and analysis of sales data.
- Attend industry events and seminars to stay updated on the latest sales trends and best practices.
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
