Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a rolling three-year strategic plan and annual operating plans, guiding Habitat for Humanity Victoria toward achieving its long-term and short-term goals.
- Collaborate with the philanthropic community to increase donations and implement fundraising activities that provide sustainable sources of revenue.
- Foster relationships with donors, government officials, and community stakeholders, promoting the organization's mission and impact.
- Oversee land acquisition, real estate transactions, development projects, and negotiations with developers and local governments, ensuring successful project approvals and managing land and construction financing.
- Ensure fiscal responsibility, develop annual budgets, and maintain strong financial controls in line with industry standards.

Requirements
- At least 8 years in a Not-for-Profit leadership role, effectively working with a Board to achieve its mandate.
- Proven record in real estate development, managing complex land acquisition, urban planning, project planning, and construction on projects.
- Strong financial and business acumen, project management skills, leadership and change management, team building, and exceptional communication skills for internal and external audiences.

Salary Information
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
