Business Development Director

At Plurilock, a leading cybersecurity firm serving mid to large enterprise customers nationwide, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to drive growth and expansion in the IT hardware, software, and cybersecurity solutions markets.
Job OverviewWe offer a competitive compensation plan with room for advancement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities, focusing on selling our critical cybersecurity professional services to CIOs, CISOs, VPs of IT, Directors of IT, and other key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Business Development Plan
Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve sales targets, expand the customer base, and promote our IT hardware, software, and cybersecurity solutions.
- Candidate Identification and Engagement
Identify and engage with key decision-makers at potential client organizations, building strong relationships through networking, cold-calling, and leveraging industry connections.
- Pipeline Management
Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads by consistently networking, cold-calling, and utilizing industry connections to identify and qualify potential clients.
- Solution Presentation and Demonstration
Present and demonstrate our IT hardware, software, and cybersecurity solutions to potential clients, highlighting their value and benefits.
- Collaboration and Solution Customization
Work closely with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Negotiation and Deal Closing
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitable growth and long-term client relationships.
- Industry Knowledge and Trend Analysis
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to provide innovative solutions to clients.
- Performance Metrics and Reporting
Provide regular sales activity reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
