Job Summary

We are seeking a Restaurant Management Team Lead to join our team at Thakkar Hospitality ON-SW Inc DBA Tim Hortons Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, establish work schedules, and perform same duties as workers supervised.
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise food service counter attendants and food preparers.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of on-site experience in a fast-paced environment with strong leadership skills.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant setting with no option to work remotely.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, and team player skills required.
Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 based on industry standards and location.
