Responsibilities
  • Analyze budget to boost and maintain restaurant profits
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement
  • Monitor revenues to determine labor costs and optimize staffing levels
  • Supervise staff, providing coaching and guidance to ensure excellent customer service
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet business needs
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and scheduling
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
  • Conduct performance reviews to evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar management position
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work effectively under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires standing for extended periods, frequent walking, and ability to lift up to 25 pounds. A fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions is expected.
