Job Summary:

The Restaurant Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer relations. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as attention to detail and a passion for delivering excellent results.

About the Role:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation procedures, and customer service techniques, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
  • Evaluate ingredient and supply requirements to optimize menu offerings and minimize waste, ensuring maximum profitability.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, consistently exceeding customer expectations.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, resolving issues quickly and fairly.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and development.
  • Prepare and submit reports on key performance indicators, such as sales, customer satisfaction, and staff performance.
  • Establish work schedules to ensure efficient staffing levels and maximize productivity.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably with a focus on operations and staff supervision.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams, driving sales growth, and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.

What We Offer:
