At Presbyterian Homes & Services, we prioritize creating a high-quality dining experience for our customers. As a Server / Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in assisting with meal preparation, dining room preparation, and meal service.


Salary

The estimated starting pay range for this role is $16.56 - $19.45 per hour.


Job Responsibilities

The Server / Dietary Aide is responsible for:

  • Assisting with meal preparation to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Preparing the dining area to meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Providing exceptional customer service during meal times.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Compatibility with PHS' mission and operating philosophies.
  • Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language to communicate effectively with all customers.

Benefits

Full-time benefits-eligible employment begins at a minimum of 30 hours per week, including:
